Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PropLink ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PropLink.
PropLink provides estate agents and property professionals with tools to create short links for property listings, track click analytics, and share engagement data with clients. Features and pricing may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use PropLink. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

PropLink offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Billing details are presented on the Pricing page and confirmed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata if cancelled within 14 days of payment; otherwise no refund is issued for unused periods.
You retain ownership of all content (listing titles, URLs, labels) you submit to PropLink. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Analytics data (clicks, device types, geolocation, referrers) is collected from visitors who follow your short links. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share this data with your clients and for informing property viewers that link engagement may be tracked, where required by applicable law.
The PropLink name, logo, and software are our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without prior written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we cease operating the Service. On termination, your right to use PropLink ends immediately. We will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and display the updated Terms on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
